Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Harvey, IL to lead daily customer service operations, manage the order-to-delivery process, and drive improvements in service metrics. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Inside Sales and includes overseeing a small team in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership in customer service, CRM experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years' customer service leadership experience.
• Experience using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer order process from receipt to delivery.
• Streamline and improve processes for increased efficiencies and service metrics.
• Standardize and implement work procedures and processes that support company and department standards, procedures and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate department projects to achieve deadlines.
• Managing a team of customer service representatives in a manufacturing Customer Service/Account Management environment.
