Job summary

The role requires strong communication, Excel and Word proficiency, and experience with AS400 and SAP. You will collaborate with internal teams, support inventory control, and help customers navigate our portal.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Experience with AS400 and SAP systems preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer service, including entering, tracking and invoicing orders and releasing material for shipment.
• Heavy communication with customers via email and telephone to handle orders, inquiries, and follow up.
• Review and control finished goods inventory levels.
• Process invoices and deductions; coordinate movement of raw material.
• Interact with internal departments and outside processors as needed.
• Cross-train into other desks for coverage.
• Assist customers in our customer portal with set up and navigating through the portal.
