Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on developing plans, identifying opportunities, and expanding market share across the assigned territory with travel requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in business development or sales, experience with CRM/Salesforce, and a valid driver’s license. A degree is not strictly required, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, in lieu of degree or AA.
• CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
• Driver's license required with valid standing for 12 months and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Generate budgeted sales and manage mix and pricing to hit margin goals and grow market share in the territory.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to support a strong, profitable partnership.
• Identify customers' problems/needs and create a dynamic action plan to address them.
• Ascertain market opportunities and analyze market data and sales trends.
• Attend sales meetings and report on activity, new accounts, services, and promotions.
• Daily territory travel required, with some overnight travel.
