Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Account Manager to grow territory revenue in the North Richland Hills/Texas region by promoting our vision care portfolio.

You will develop relationships with Eye Care Practitioners, clarify needs, and drive adoption through a needs-based selling approach. Ideal candidates reside in the Fort Worth area and have 2+ years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent reading/writing English.
• 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Ideal candidate resides in Southlake, Hurst, Keller, North Richland Hills or Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.
• Clarify customer needs: set objectives for each sales interaction based on decision makers and influencers.
• Promote customer focus: collaborate to create plans meeting customer and organizational needs.
• Marketing execution: implement product marketing plans to drive adoption and change customer behavior.
