Job summary

Alcon seeks an Account Manager to grow territory revenue in the North Richland Hills area by promoting our vision care portfolio to Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach.

Ideal candidate will reside in Southlake, Hurst, Keller, North Richland Hills or Fort Worth Area, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2 years in relevant sales. Uncapped commissions and strong growth opportunities are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare/eye care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for each sales interaction with decision makers and influencers.
• Promoting Customer Focus: Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans meeting customer and organizational needs.
• Marketing Execution: Implement product marketing plans to drive customer adoption and behavior change.
