Job Title: Account Manager / Direct Placement Recruiter

Location:West Chester. PA
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: Draw/Commission ($45-60K). Expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$80,000.

About the Role

The Judge Group is looking for an Account Manager/Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full-Desk recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. Simply put, we are connecting our clients with the top talent needed to move their organizations forward.

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and innovative sales individuals with an innate entrepreneurial/hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Full-Desk Recruitment: Effectively guide/manage both clients and candidates throughout the entire interview process. Responsible for driving a successful sales and recruitment process through client and candidate engagement.

Business Development: Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings. Identify new business by marketing our services to key client hiring managers, talent acquisition and senior executives.

Relationship Building: Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives.

Recruitment Management: Recruit, evaluate, and place leading industry professionals in full-time roles with our clients. Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage both client and candidates through the hiring process.

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions. Develop/execute recruitment strategies through the efforts of networking, proactive recruiting, LinkedIN and other well-established recruitment efforts

Pipeline Maintenance: Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (staffing industry experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience
• Client-focused individual with the ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in a multi-task environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Base draw plus uncapped commission; expected OTE of $60,000–$80,000 in year one, $85,000–$115,000 in year two, and $100,000 to $400,000+ in year three and beyond
