Earning Potential

Successful Business Development Representatives are eligible for uncapped earning potential, with typical On‑Target Earnings (OTE) of:

• Year 1: $60,000 - $80,000
• Year 2: $85,000 - $115,000
• Year 3+: $100,000 - $400,000+

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop and grow a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, phone calls, video meetings, and in-person visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with hiring managers, directors, and executive-level decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and support business growth initiatives.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source, recruit, screen, and evaluate candidates for full-time professional opportunities.
• Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in person.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the hiring process from introduction through placement.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Serve as a trusted partner throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Deliver a positive experience while providing timely communication and support.

Pipeline Management

• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.
• Track recruiting and business development activities through CRM tools and internal systems.
• Consistently develop new opportunities to support revenue growth.
