The Judge Group in West Chester, PA is hiring for an Account Manager/Direct Hire Recruiter. You will own the full-desk recruitment process, from identifying opportunities to placing candidates with clients in a high-energy sales environment.

The role emphasizes business development, relationship building, and executing recruitment strategies via multiple channels. Comp is draw/commission with strong OTE potential; domestic and international sales opportunities are noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Desk Recruitment: guide and manage clients and candidates through the interview process.
• Business Development: expand client base through outreach and meetings.
• Relationship Building: nurture opportunities with client hiring managers and executives.
• Recruitment Management: source, screen, and place candidates for full-time roles.
• Candidate Engagement: build relationships, conduct interviews, and execute recruitment strategies.
• Pipeline Maintenance: maintain a steady pipeline of prospective business.
