Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Account Manager/Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full-Desk recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. Simply put, we are connecting our clients with the top talent needed to move their organizations forward.

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and innovative sales individuals with an innate entrepreneurial/hunter mentality.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (staffing industry experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with strong interpersonal skills.
Client-focused with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

Full-Desk Recruitment: guide and manage clients and candidates through the interview process.
Business Development: expand client base via outreach, video calls, calls, and in-person meetings.
Relationship Building: identify and nurture opportunities with client executives.
Recruitment Management: recruit, screen, present candidates, and manage hiring process.
Candidate Engagement: interview via phone, video, and in-person to qualify for roles.
Pipeline Maintenance: maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
