Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate new account setup and ongoing maintenance for commercial customers. You will partner with Sales to meet contract needs, collect information, and ensure smooth procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities include handling customer requests, resolving issues, assisting with system changes, and traveling to client sites to promote BI products and services. A strong focus on billing accuracy and training support is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least three years in customer support or training roles.
• Experience managing a large customer base.
• Valid state driver's license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement new account setup for customers.
• Work with Sales to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Communicate with customers to obtain information for procedures and documentation.
• Provide second-tier support for system issues and training needs.
• Travel to customer sites to discuss issues and promote products.
• Prepare information for RFPs and obtain customer authorization for changes.
• Submit program change requests to IT and test changes with staff.
• Manage customer billing and ensure invoices are generated.
• Collaborate with Training to provide system training to customers.
• Avail for on-call rotation for operational issues.
