Job summary

Wallace Management Company LLC is hiring an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and help manage loan applications at our Murfreesboro, TN branches. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, assist with payments, and ensure a smooth loan process.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, monitoring loan status, and contacting customers with overdue payments. Occasional travel may be required.
