Job summary

RNR Tire Express in Van Buren, AR is seeking an Account Manager to contact customers with expired rental agreements and re-sell the rental while educating the customer. You will pursue past due accounts with a friendly yet professional demeanor, handle payments, and maintain customer histories in the POS system.

Qualified candidates will have prior customer service or collections experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. A valid driver license is required.

• Detail oriented with accuracy in data and payments.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with expired rental agreements to re-sell the rental and educate the customer.
• Handle payments via cash, credit/debit, money orders, etc.
• Pursue past due accounts with a friendly but persistent approach.
• Maintain customer histories in the POS system and update records.
• Assist with field collections and other duties as assigned.
