Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business with mechanical contractors, general contractors, engineers, and facility owners.
• Influence specs in early design phases to deliver smart control solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and close opportunities.
