White Cap Management LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Account Manager to build relationships with mid-size contractor accounts and drive sales. You will generate leads, develop profitable account plans, and work with customers and vendors to meet quotas.

Requires 2–5 years of outside sales experience; Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Base salary starts at $37,000 per year with additional variable compensation targeting around $80,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to build relationships and develop sales plans for accounts.
• Experience generating viable sales leads and prospects.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, events and vendor programs.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts; collaborates with sales and corporate teams.
• Attains assigned sales quota, gross margin and controllable expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Maintains product knowledge and applies it to servicing customers.
• Maintains and submits required sales reports and attends company meetings.
