Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills and clear communication.
• Experience in account management, sales support, or customer service in service industries.
• Organizational and time-management abilities for multiple accounts.
• Ability to work with pricing, proposals, and contract terms.
• CRM or account-tracking tool proficiency and quick learning.
• Team collaboration with field crews and leadership.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus for local clients.
• Local Hialeah/South Florida market knowledge is beneficial.

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
