Job summary

Raise Landscaping is hiring Account Managers and Supervisors across South Florida. You own a book of commercial properties end to end: the client relationship, the crews on the ground, the quality of the work and the health of the contract.

Be the single point of contact for property managers, HOA boards and facility directors on your book. Walk your properties regularly and set priorities with crew leaders to ensure every site meets contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape account management experience or supervisor/leadership experience.
• Comfort with numbers: reading contracts and tracking hours against budgets.
• Experience with Aspire is a strong plus.
• Valid Florida driver license and clean driving record.
• English and Spanish is an advantage, though not required for every territory.

What we offer

• A base salary of 70,000 to 80,000 US dollars per year, plus a percentage of the gross profit on every enhancement job you sell. Most account managers earn 100,000 US dollars or more in their first year.
• A company vehicle, fuel and equipment to cover your territory.
• Full time, year-round work with no seasonal layoff.
• Advancement from account manager to senior account manager to branch leadership across six divisions.

What we are looking for

• Experience with Aspire, the platform we run our properties, crews and billing on, is a strong plus.
• A valid Florida driver license and a clean driving record.
• English and Spanish is an advantage, though not required for every territory.
