CarHop is seeking an Account Manager in the Washington, DC area to engage customers through outbound and inbound calls, focusing on auto loan status and delinquency resolution. You will leverage communication and negotiation skills to resolve accounts while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls & accepting inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers.
• Face-to-face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
• Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts.
