Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance in Minnesota is seeking an Account Manager to connect with customers about auto loans, handling delinquent accounts and providing clear updates in person or by phone. You will use strong communication and negotiation skills to support customers through the loan process.

The position offers a guaranteed $20/hour, Monday–Friday hours with no weekends, full health benefits, PTO, training, coaching and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional, detail-oriented and efficient.
• Previous customer service experience recommended but not required.
• Experience in de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful.
• Strong negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls & accepting inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers.
• Face to face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
• Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve the delinquent account.
