Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales in Minnesota is seeking an Account Manager to handle outbound and inbound calls from customers about auto loans. You will interact face-to-face with customers to discuss loan status and use strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts.

The role offers Monday-Friday hours with no weekends, guaranteed hourly pay, and full health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) plus 401k with match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional, detail-oriented, well organized and efficient.
• Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or call center, is preferred, but not required.
• Specific experience in the area of de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful.
• Strong/Advanced negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background inquiry, and results must be consistent with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls & accepting inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers.
• Face to face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
• Utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to resolve the delinquent account.
