Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales in Lakewood, CO seeks an Account Manager to contact customers with auto loans, handle outbound and inbound calls, and provide courteous updates on loan status.

The role emphasizes strong communication and negotiation to resolve delinquent accounts while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, no-weekend environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional, detail-oriented, well organized and efficient.
• Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or call center, is preferred, but not required.
• Specific experience in the area of de-escalation, retention, or issue resolution is helpful.
• Strong/Advanced negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background inquiry, and results must be consistent with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Face to face interaction with customers regarding the status of their auto loan.
