White Cap is hiring immediately for an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program in California. This role is part of a six- to twelve‑month, comprehensive sales training track designed to fast‑track new Outside Sales Representatives into core account management responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
• Enters and processes customer orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
