Job Title: Partner/Account Manager

Location: Remote (West Coast preferred)

Duration: 12 Months

This position's starting pay is: $50.00/hr.

Overview:

The Client is seeking a bilingual Partner/Account Manager with a strong operational and program management mindset to support our international growth efforts, particularly across the Latin American market, with an immediate focus on Mexico and potentially Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of account management, cross-functional coordination, and project operations. You’ll help manage key distribution partners, support internal sales teams, and keep execution moving across multiple workstreams. While this role is partner-facing, it is not sales-heavy—we’re looking for someone who thrives on keeping processes running, solving problems, and enabling others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary operational lead for distribution partners in Mexico (and possibly Brazil).
  • Manage day-to-day partner activities, including onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Drive alignment between partners and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Category).
  • Create and maintain accurate reporting, meeting recaps, and execution trackers.
  • Proactively identify issues and resolve roadblocks in real time.
  • Ensure partners are well-supported, and internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Work cross-functionally to help forecast needs, support product flow, and improve partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/account management, channel operations, or program management.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience managing execution and internal alignment.
  • Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working with or supporting LATAM markets, especially Mexico.
  • Background in consumer electronics or hardware preferred; open to SaaS or enterprise tech if candidate brings strong operational experience.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and independent.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and available during PST hours.

Preferred Tools:

  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office
