Job Title: Account Manager

Location(s): Remote

About this position:

Advantech is on the search for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to help grow our customer base through consultative selling. If you are a strong communicator with a knack for social media engagement and solution-based sales, we’d love to connect!

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support


Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable and proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Professional home office setup (quiet space, high-speed internet, and proper equipment)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong social media presence and experience using platforms like LinkedIn for business development
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in B2B sales or a start -up/fast-paced environment
