Job summary

Life Style Staffing is seeking an Account Coordinator/Manager to oversee day-to-day staffing operations at a client site in Ohio (Tallmadge). You will ensure staffing needs are met promptly, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, Account Management or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and early morning shifts (6am-8am start time).

  • Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Make appropriate candidate selections based on skill sets, availability, and client preferences.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and attendance records.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with on-site employees, addressing questions, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle employee performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations per policy.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with client representatives.
  • Collaborate with the client to forecast staffing needs and address gaps.
  • Regularly communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on staffing metrics.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing activities, including headcount and turnover.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping data, and performance evaluations.

Prepare and submit reports on staffing activities, including headcount, turnover, and employee-related metrics.
