Job Summary:
The Account Manager manages a team of recruiters at client sites, primarily in light industrial or stadium event settings. This role requires building relationships, strategizing staffing solutions, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities while providing hands-on support to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships, serve as the primary contact for staffing needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead onsite recruiters, offering guidance, support, and coaching to achieve high performance.
- Strategic Staffing: Develop staffing strategies aligned with client goals and industry demands, addressing fulfillment challenges proactively.
- Operations Management: Monitor staffing operations daily, resolve issues, and support team efforts.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a safety culture.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track staffing metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to keep staffing operations competitive.
- Workplace Engagement: Foster a positive environment that encourages high performance and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in staffing or account management, especially in light industrial or event environments.
- Proven leadership skills.

- Adaptability and hands-on approach as needed.
