Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services to marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, focusing on retention, renewals and growth.

You will drive a seven-figure annual quota through retention and upsells, working closely with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients. This full-time role offers remote work across the USA or Canada and a commission-based

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is required.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying and meeting a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
