Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (staffing/IT experience preferred).
• Proven ability to win new business and consistently hit or exceed targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, partnership-first approach.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and securing partnerships with technology leaders.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across IT organizations.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
• Develop strategic account plans and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
• Partner closely with recruiting to ensure strong delivery and successful placements.
