Job summary

BBI Logistics is seeking an Account Executive to drive the fast-paced brokerage side of our business from our Tampa office. You will build and manage your own book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.

You will self-generate leads, conduct 80+ daily cold calls, stay current on industry trends, and negotiate freight costs. You’ll coordinate freight movement via our TMS and provide timely updates to all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Must excel at cold-calling and closing sales.
• Endure long hours on calls and handle rejection.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Make 80+ cold calls daily to build relationships.
• Negotiate freight costs with customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement using our proprietary TMS.
• Provide updates to customers and carriers during issue resolution.
