Job summary

Firstwork is seeking a proactive staffing account executive who will source and close new staffing accounts, building much of your own pipeline through events, referrals, and outbound to named accounts. You will run discovery to map onboarding and compliance workflows, build the business case on cost and risk, and turn pilots into multi‑year contracts.

You will sell alongside AI Deployment Specialists and forward‑deployed engineers, expanding accounts across branches, modules, and countries,
