T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive SMB sales and build strong customer relationships in the Santa Barbara/CA area.

This hunter role targets new accounts (10–299 employees) through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals to exceed monthly quotas. The position requires residing in the Santa Barbara/Santa Maria/Goleta/Isla Vista, CA area and is remote with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience preferred.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect, cold call, network under supervision.
• Sell wireless solutions, price plans, data services, devices and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship management skills.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation and manage sales funnel.
