Job summary

Unishippers TCP is looking for an Account Executive to work directly with business owners and executives, understanding shipping challenges and delivering customized, cost-saving solutions. You’ll build relationships, grow your own book of business, and develop valuable sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive base salary plus uncapped commissions, hands-on training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, Unlimited PTO, and retirement, with strong earning

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and other business-development activities
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Analyze customer shipping needs and recommend customized, cost-effective solutions
• Present solutions using cost-benefit analysis and a consultative approach
• Manage the proposal process from initial opportunity through close
• Negotiate, close, activate, and train customers on our technology platform
• Partner with operations and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Grow and manage your own book of business while developing long-term client relationships
