Job summary

Flare is seeking an Account Executive in Atlanta to drive growth in the legal services space. You will own the sales cycle, guide clients to access expert legal help, and collaborate with a high-caliber team. A pipeline of warm leads and an uncapped commission plan support your success.

You will use Salesforce to manage progress, exceed aggressive quotas, and advance with a supportive leadership group. This remote role includes travel for training or in-person activities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning potential.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM to manage and forecast pipelines.
• Bonus: interest or experience in legal, family, or immigration fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline, engage warm leads, and guide them toward experienced legal professionals.
• Diagnose client needs and offer tailored, collaborative solutions with our legal experts.
• Shatter quotas and contribute to Flare’s rapid growth.
• Partner with legal and client success teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
