Job summary

CoStar Group in Southwest Florida, Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand an existing client portfolio with CoStar data, analytics, and marketplace tools.

This consultative role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will conduct product demonstrations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and pass a driving abstract check.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting CoStar’s value to commercial real estate professionals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar products and the CR real estate market.
• Execute end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and renewal.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, and investors.
