Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an Account Executive for Physical Security Solutions in Indiana to drive new customer acquisition, build strong relationships, and deliver modern security solutions to organizations across the state.

You will lead territory growth through proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling, coordinate with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management, and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts. Travel regionally for meetings and site walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or enterprise selling.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery abilities.
• Ability to build and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Proven success developing a geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer acquisition across Indiana, focusing on commercial real estate and multifamily verticals.
• Build and execute a territory growth plan with proactive outreach, discovery, and long-term account development.
• Own prospect and customer milestones from discovery to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Conduct persuasive product demos, aligning needs with security offerings (cloud/on-prem/hybrid).
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management for solution design and transitions.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and regional engagements.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and activity reporting with accuracy.
• Act as a trusted advisor helping clients modernize legacy systems and plan refresh cycles.
