PennySaver USA is seeking an Account Executive – Territory to grow and maintain business in the Upland region of California. We are in need of an Account Executive – Territory, to both grow and maintain business in our Upland region. This is an exciting opportunity for an outside seller who enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships. Prior experience in print and/or digital advertising a plus. The specific territory is Ontario.
The Account Executive – Territory promotes and sells PennySaver products within an assigned geographic area. Prospects, pursues sales leads, visits existing and new customer, assesses customer needs and recommends appropriate print and digital products. This role requires a high level of customer relationship development and management. Meets or exceeds sales plan targets.

This business to business field sales position is responsible for generating advertising revenue by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate PennySaverUSA.com products. Establish and maintain accounts through customer relationship management. Cold call and prospect new business as well as grow and maintain existing account base.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; and one year related sales experience in Outside Sales.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, computer operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer literate, MS Windows, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hand to handle, finger or feel, reach with hands or arms. The employee will be regularly required to walk, stand and reach with arms. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Driving in various types of weather conditions; field work which entails prospecting and meeting with customers in various types of business locations up to ½ to 2/3 of the time on the job. Working at a desk or keyboard (sitting) up to 1/3 of the time.
May be assigned to busy office, cubicle. Noise level is moderate. As this is an outside sales position, outside weather conditions will apply. Traditional office may not be available to those assigned to "Work Anywhere" as remote personnel.
