The role focuses on building relationships with Florida-based ISOs, driving new business, and achieving KPIs through a consultative sales approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; significant hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate considered as alternative.
• 3–5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Hands-on MCA lending experience essential.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and consistently hit sales goals.

• Build and nurture relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Collaborate with ISOs to understand needs and showcase WBL product.
• Increase loan origination by developing ISO partnerships with a consultative approach.
• Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day at home office.
