MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in Portland, OR seeks an Account Executive to build deep partnerships with customers and deliver tailored HVAC solutions that improve comfort and efficiency in their buildings. You will handle projects in our Service Special Projects Department, focusing on ongoing maintenance contracts and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of developing new business and expanding customer relationships.
• Degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow the region’s portfolio by developing strong relationships with customers.
• Generate revenue through retrofit and tenant improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present effective sales proposals and manage forecasting and billing.
• Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-value proposals and maintain strong close ratios.
• Perform project management duties, including cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
