MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to engage new B2B customers in Portland and the surrounding Oregon market, focusing on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings. You will represent the expertise and value of our technicians’ maintenance services.

You’ll identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service contracts, manage renewals, build strong customer partnerships, and promote other MacDonald-Miller services that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience selling services, such as maintenance work, rather than products (preferred).
