MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions seeks an Account Executive to sell building control systems to architects, MEP consultants, and contractors in the Portland market. You will develop retrofit proposals, write specifications, and prepare detailed estimates to grow our customer base and solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience selling, estimating, specifying, or installing building control systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building automation/control systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from identification to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and profitability in the assigned market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
