This role focuses on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings, representing the expertise of our technicians’ exceptional Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services. You’ll identify prospects, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals while reporting to Paul Noel, Maintenance Sales Manager.
