Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across the region. You will cultivate strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and care communities to connect patients with high-quality home health services.

The role requires exceptional relationship-building, healthcare sales experience, and a solid understanding of payer sources (Medicare/Medicare Advantage). Join a team focused on patient outcomes, growth, and career development.

Formación

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility and payer sources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services and payer options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert to referrals.
• Educate providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions.
• Attend meetings and focus groups as required.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
• Maintain CRM records and report outcomes.
