Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in Employee Service solutions within the Emerging Business organization. You will penetrate our customer base and attract new clients, building scalable sales strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a quota-carrying salesperson with SaaS and ITSM knowledge, you will lead campaigns, collaborate across HR, IT, and operations, and partner with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success to close deals and deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience.
• Proven experience in solution selling to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms and the ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment within your designated vertical.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting employee service transformation across HR and IT.
• Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based solutions.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
