Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in Employee Service solutions, focusing on HR and IT service capabilities. You will target existing customers and new logos within a designated vertical, building scalable sales plans and delivering outcomes.

In this fast-paced, collaborative team, you will partner with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success to close multi-stakeholder deals while navigating complex buying processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Service Management, ITSM, or ITOM.
• Proven experience in solution selling and value-based selling to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms, IT operations, and the ITIL framework.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment within your designated vertical.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting employee service transformation across HR and IT.
• Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based solutions.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
