This consultative role emphasizes building relationships, conducting product demos, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process to closure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the commercial real estate market.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, renewals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, and investors.
