CoStar Group, a leading provider of real estate information and analytics, seeks an Account Executive in Detroit, MI to drive new business and expand a client portfolio using CoStar’s data and analytics.

This consultative role emphasizes building strong client relationships, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to renewals, and promoting the value of our product suite to brokers, owners, corporations, and investors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product to the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
• Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth tailored solutions.
• End-to-End Sales Process: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
• Building Relationships: Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other CRE professionals.
