Job summary

CoStar Group in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow a portfolio of clients in commercial real estate data and analytics. You will present the product suite, conduct demos, negotiate terms, and guide clients from discovery to renewal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Current valid driver’s license; driving record must be clear.
• Experience in client management and post-sale relationships.
• Preferred: 5+ years outside sales in data/analytics or CRE sectors.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE and beyond.
• Manage and expand your client portfolio with ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors.
• Represent CoStar as a brand ambassador at industry events.
