Job summary

SAS is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the Commercial Sector. The Hybrid role favors Cary, NC, with remote options for USA-based candidates. You’ll sell software, solutions, and services to existing and new customers across industries, leveraging data and AI capabilities to deliver value.

Grow revenue by identifying needs, building relationships, and managing strategic accounts. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and travel as required to close high-potential opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum five years of sales/marketing/technical support experience in software/hardware.
Knowledge of sales techniques and buying cycles.
Ability to travel and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers in your territory.
Prospect within accounts to uncover needs and determine required resources.
Develop and execute territory/account plans to close business and forecast timelines.
Collaborate with pre-sales and account teams to respond to qualified leads and drive opportunities.
