Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a results-driven sales associate to work in our Kansas market. The role focuses on outbound outreach, presenting lending solutions, and managing customer relationships to drive branch growth.

The candidate should have 1+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced consumer finance environment. Base pay is hourly with uncapped bonuses, and a generous time-off package is available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage and learn new sales platforms and cutting-edge technologies.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms and payment expectations.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
