Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• Two (2) years of experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services with KPI achievement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process credit loan applications, presents loan solutions based on customer needs and promotes sales products.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments and daily deposits.
• Achieve branch goals related to the sale of products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports as needed.
• Maintain compliance in the branch.
• In the manager's absence, coordinate daily operations with the District Manager.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• May perform additional functions based on market demand and staffing.
