Job summary

Mariner Finance in Moore, Oklahoma is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to drive lending opportunities and build relationships with clients. You will make outbound calls, assess needs, and guide applicants through loan options in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This full-time role offers base hourly pay with uncapped bonuses, company-provided leads, and marketing support across a National footprint of 28 states and 500+ branches.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Motivated with interest in consumer finance.
• Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to leverage new sales platforms and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain essential state licenses if required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting individual and branch goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit and income information.
• Present loan solutions clearly, confidently and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms, payments, and account requirements.
• Resolve account concerns and help with payment arrangements.
• Support cash drawer responsibilities and daily operations.
• Learn consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain deposits and handle routine office tasks as needed.
